A bunch of QoL changes for craftmine multiplayer gaming

Currently changes:

• XP gain is shared between players (only gaining XP is shared, not losing it)
• Upgrading applies to everyone, but only if everyone has enough XP. If one person doesn't, no one gets the upgrade.

This mod is only server side, though requires clients to have fabric and fabric api installed
