F3Mod

• Added a proper entrypoint for the mod ("f3mod").
• Added a proper class for mods to use (F3ModAPI.java)
• Updated the mod's icon

• Data providers can now have a Padding!
• Added the right section
• Added a setting to toggle the day counter
• Added a setting to center the right section
• Added the BLOCK light level
• The debug graph will no longer be displayed if a Screen (chat, inventory, etc) is open
• The mod will no longer render everything twice if the chat is open
