1.21.1 port!
Milking resources now relies on a datamap for more flexibility; check out here
- Can now make the milk timer configurable on a per-mob basis, and the mod_loaded parameter allows for more built-in compat on releases
  - Right now pre-emptive compat includes Neapolitan, Milk All The Mobs, Buzzier Bees, Goated, Milkable Blazes, Extract Poison, Bovines and Buttercups, and Cobblemon. Only Cobblemon required additional in-code compat, as it depends on a "Milkable" boolean data thing.
  - Compat with Caverns and Chasms (as well as other mods with their own buckets) will return in time. Let's see them come to 1.21 first, yeah

finally fixed the CnC incompatibility, I think
removed pre-emptive Neapolitan compat with bottles (same reasoning as Milk All The Mobs compat being removed)
mobs now make an ambient sound when rejecting milk attempts, and the player cannot spam container usage as quickly
added back goats to the worse buckets tag (didn't know they were milkable in vanilla lol)
babies no longer react to milk attempts
added compat for Windswept's wooden buckets (I hope I got the item ID right)

One last attempt at fixing the Endergetic crash
Removed pre-emptive support for Milk All The Mobs--trying to insert pre-emptive compat with vanilla mobs that aren't traditionally milkable still makes them interactable with buckets, which is sub-optimal
