High Performance version of the v0.0.3.

• Removed Blendium due to compatibility issues
• Enhanced the performance without downgrading the quality
• Removed 'Falling tree' for a more "vanilla" experience

Same as the v0.0.2, but with a shader preset designed for extreme performance.

• Fixed incompatibility inbetween two chunk loading mods
• Added a preset for the mod Smooth Swaping
• Added a preset for the mod Better Combat, desactivating few options hurting performance & not practical in terms of gameplay.
