• Hopefully fixed revivers not completely filling.
• Made certain items not remove from your inventory when using them in creative mode

• The reviver now fills in using items from the tags "reviver_item0-2" with the last number going up for each level
• Commands now work in command blocks!
• Golden lives now only stack to 16
• Other minor improvements!
