STATIONARY STACKING LOGIC
- Items no longer stack immediately upon drop
- Items only merge when they remain stationary for a configurable duration
- Essential for automated farms: prevents items from stacking prematurely while moving through water streams, sorters, or hopper lines

- New config option: 'stacking-idle-timer' (measured in ticks)
- Admins can define the exact stillness duration required before merging
- Allows fine-tuning to prevent physics conflicts in high-throughput farms
