• Finally added config options for controlling the spawning of the central tower! Works best on new worlds, so back up your world before messing with these on existing worlds!
• Added config option for muting the bell sound.
• Added config option for spawning vanilla End Gateways instead of the redesigned gateways.
• Added some Russian translations.
