Adds support for latest Modular Routers (13.2.4)

For Modular Router compat, please use at least that version when updating to this.

Fix: Fixed normal items not working in Create's filter slots and requiring a supported filter item instead. Should work as expected now.

Create: Required version updated to 6.0.7 and now compatible with that version.

Create: Now compatible with version 6.0.7 of Create and requires at least that version.

Fixes an issue where filter settings didn't save correctly.
