JayMan146's Bonus Enchants

Adds two enchantments:

• Constitution, which gives you two extra hearts per level, up to level three.
• Slashing, which increases attack speed by 0.25 per level, up to level three.

Watch this video to learn about it, though it is a little outdated.

You may use this datapack for any modpacks/collections anything as long as it stays within Modrinth. Please give credit to me in the description of where this is used.
