YJ's Casino and Economy

Initial BETA release!

Adds Blackjack, Baccarat, War, Triple Card Poker, and Fifty-Fifty. Dealers for these games can be created using /function yjcasino:create_dealer and then right clicking on the dealer villager.

Adds a banking system based on diamonds and a payment system. The banking system can be accessed using /trigger bank and the payment system can be accessed using /trigger pay set [id], where [id] is the ID of the player to pay. Player's ID can be seen next to the player's name in the Tab menu, and each player can also get their own ID using /trigger get_id.
