Patch Notes:

Fixed commands returning 1 and not doing the operation.
Fixed uneven and even selected area rotation.
Fixed rotation offset.
Fixed stairs not rotating their blockstate.
Added /function we:tools/redo command. This can redo up to 10 operations (undo included).

Patch Notes:

Add /function we:tools/rotate {degrees:x} tool. Rotates the selected area by any degree between 1 and 359. Blocks with blockstates are not correctly rotated. This will be added later.
Increased the undo history to 10 operations. Is reset when a new area is selected.
