Wither Aspect Enchantment

A simple datapack/mod to add a neat alternative to Fire Aspect, but doesn't completely replace it meta-wise.

Gimmicks

• Incompatible with Fire Aspect (Like how Fortune is with Silk Touch)
• Is not counteractable with water or fire protections/resistances
• Deals less damage overall compared to Fire Aspect, but due to the previous gimmick, makes it viable to some.
