Wide Mining

• Fixes the floating Netherite pickaxe model protruding from targeted blocks by moving queued tool storage to a zero-range, zero-scale display.
• Fortune and Silk Touch now both combine with Wide Mining by default, in either anvil input order.
• Preserves the stable 26.2 player-owned completion sequence, original-tool loot, multiplayer isolation, and hotbar-swap behavior from 2.3.0.

Supports Minecraft 1.21.1 through 26.2 (previously 1.21.9+).

Fixes the 3x3 sweep on Forge 1.21.11 and newer, where only the centre block was cleared. The pack no longer sets any gamerule, so it also no longer briefly suppresses other players block drops while a 3x3 runs.
