Who owns the dragon egg

What it does

• This datapack will detect the dragon egg in the inventory or in the enderchest
• If the player that owns the dragon egg is online:
  • A message will be broadcasted with his name, saying he owns the dragon egg
    • A message will specify if the dragon egg is in his enderchest
• If the player that owns the dragon egg is offline:
  • A message saying the owner of the dragon egg is offline will be broadcasted, his name remaining in this case anonymous til he is back online

Frequency of the broadcast message

• The message saying who owns the dragon egg is every 10 minutes
