We Love Copper

We Love Copper is a datapack combined with a resource pack that adds more uses to copper:

• Copper Armor
• Copper Tools

These items have similar properties to iron, but the armor gives in total 13 armor points (iron gives 15) and has less durability (-50 points). Copper Tools are also 0.1 slower than Iron Tools, the difference usually isn't notable, but it can be when it comes to PVP.

In order for the datapack to work you need to drag it in the datapacks folder in your world folder (or drag it in the the datapacks screen when creating a new world), after that, you need to drag the required resource pack in the resource packs folder (or in the resource packs screen) and enable it.

I created this datapack since copper, unlike other minerals in Minecraft that are used for armor and tools, represented an important step in the evolution of humankind. This datapack aims to highlight the importance of copper, showing its historical and practical uses.
