To PVP Or Not To PVP is a datapack that adds some of that PVP chaos while also being fair to less skilled players (me, for instance).
To PVP Or Not To PVP is a datapack that adds some of that PVP chaos while also being fair to less skilled players (me, for instance).
How it works: Every 40 minutes, there's a grace period where PVP is disabled and keep inventory is on. After that, there's a combat period where PVP is enabled and keep inventory is off, which lasts 20 minutes. And the cycle repeats.
It's basically a 1 hour loop of moderation between PVP and keep inventory.
Future: I just quickly made this pack for a server I'm doing with friends, but at some point, I plan to update it with settings, to adjust the pack to your needs. Feel free to mess around with it though, and tweak certain things! I also want to make sure it's compatible with older versions (it might be but I haven't tested anything).
Notes:
- There's a uninstall function (shroombot:tpontp/uninstall) which you should use if you're planning to remove it.
