Tiramisu simple end ban

A simple mod that prevents you from entering the End

• The player will be teleported out of the End to the spawn location at coordinates (0, 0).
• The player will receive a message saying that the End has been banned.
• The player will gain the Slow Falling effect.

End Portal Frames filled with an Eye of Ender will now be replaced with bedrock.
