Teleport Bow

• Added functions for obtaining Teleport Bow.
• Changed predicates for detecting sneak key bind input, which no longer depends on scoreboard.

• Fixed grammar issue which prevents default mode being set for Teleport Bow held in offhand.

• Updated command grammar due to the introduction of "equipment" NBT in 1.21.5 (25w06a).
• The game will warn that the resource pack is broken or incompatible, although it still works fine.

• Updated file structure and grammar of data pack and resource pack. Deleted OptiFine folder in resource pack and texture display in vanilla no longer depends on key "minecraft:custom_model_data".
• Added notice for not to switch Teleport Bow mode when holding bows in both hands to the help text.

This is a resource pack, not a data pack as Loaders says.
