Spore inquisition 2.8.1
release23 февраля 2026 г.- block infection now turns ice and packed ice now turns into air blocks
- the sub zero core now is able to affect an area of 1000 x 1000 blocks
- sub zero cores now only freeze fungal entities
- added an extra function to help protos alter times betewn spawning evolved infecteds and hyper evolved infecteds
- now if infected stand some time in packed or blue ice they will recive the wither effect
- changed the recipe for the nuke
- changed the recipe for the sub zero core
- reorganized some functions to try to get better tps performance
- gasstgabers now get wither 5 instead of wither 1 when they life timer runs out
- added the abandoned cathedral
- protos now stop chunkloading after 30 mins of the midnight ordeal
- small biomass towers no longer have organite
- tall biomass towers found in finalitas now only have 1 block of organite
- nerfed the recipe of mycelium blocks with create
- biomass towers are now a lot more common in finalitas
- normal biomass towers no longer have an organite block "only in finalitas"
- added a new underground structure to finalitas
- increased the biomass lump generation in the caves of finalitas
- changed a bit a specific structure of finalitas, giving you an extra hint of what you have to do.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND REDOWNLOADING THE CONFIGS, THERE ARE SOME RLY IMPORTANT CHANGES. Config changes:
- inf humans can now evolve into a lot of different mobs
- reconstructed mins now need 2250 kills to evolve
- outpost watchers now are able to detect you in an area of 75x75 blocks
- nerfed a bit the drops of organite
- added some extra names for inf players
- increased the amounts of kills needed for a hyper 6 -> 7

- crying obsidian, beacons and enchanting tables are now inmune to the block infection
- hohlfressers no longer spawn naturally, this can be turned on or off in the spore config
- incresed the time in wich protos create and spread hypers/evolveds
- age 2 mounds now generate an inf human with 6 evol points instead of 7
- reduced the amount of max scents that can spawn
- improved a lot the game peformance after tweaking a bit the "bile conversion" file
- reworked how the fixer works
- the only effect that Verwahrung now give is regeneration
- every hour a chat message will tell you how far or close you are to the eclipse
- inf humans can't turn into brutes, now they will turn into leapers
- villagers can turn into brutes
- other misc performance and config changes
