☁️ Sky Attack

Sky Attack is a feature-rich Skyblock datapack for Minecraft Java Edition 1.21.x.

Start on a tiny island suspended above the void and build your way up from limited resources. With a custom skill system, reworked fishing rewards, custom recipes, and unique progression mechanics, Sky Attack offers its own take on the classic Skyblock experience.

🌐 Currently available in English. Some untranslated German text may still appear and will be updated in future releases.

🚧 Active Development

Sky Attack is an actively developed project. While the core gameplay is fully playable, new content, mechanics, and improvements are continuously being added.

⚠️ Important: Due to ongoing development, updates may introduce changes that are not compatible with existing worlds. In some cases, updating to a newer version may cause issues or break existing worlds.

Creating regular backups before updating is strongly recommended.

Feedback, suggestions, and bug reports are always welcome and help shape future updates.

🌍 The World

The Overworld and Nether are completely empty. No terrain, no structures — only the void.

Biomes still exist and affect weather, lighting, mob spawning, and fishing rewards. Be careful when exploring the Nether; there is nothing below you.

🎮 Features

⛏️ Skill System

Level up different skills while playing:

• Mining
• Fishing
• Farming
• Combat
• Logging

Each skill grants bonuses and improved drops as your level increases.

🎣 Reworked Fishing

Fishing is one of the core progression systems in Sky Attack.

• Completely reworked fish, junk, and treasure loot pools
• Many otherwise unobtainable resources can be obtained through fishing
• Special creature spawns can appear while fishing
• Spawned creatures depend on the biome you're fishing in

📦 Custom Recipes

Resources that would normally be unavailable in Skyblock can be crafted through custom recipes.

Use the in-game Wiki to discover them.

🚀 Getting Started

When joining for the first time, you will spawn in a central hub with an NPC.

Talk to the NPC to create your personal Skyblock island and begin your adventure.

The Minecraft Quick Actions menu (default key: G) provides access to:

• The Sky Attack Wiki
• Player statistics (work in progress)
• Teleportation features that expand as you progress
