Player tracking compass

Bug fixes:

• Fixed a bug where the compass didn't work correctly when the tracked player is changed.

Changes:

• The tourbleshoot feature now checks every dimension and works even if the tracked player is offline, and it automatically fixes the positions if there is a problem.
• Overhauled the storage paths.

• Added auto-troubleshoother, that troubleshoots every 3 minutes.

• Fixed a bug with offline-tracking where when you are to far from the position it won't show the y-level or distance.

Additions:

• Added a new option in the settings menu called "Track when offline". If enabled, trackers(hunters) are able to track the tracked player even if they're offline. But you can only START tracking while they are online.
• Added a notice for when you already have a compass and use "/trigger rtc.get_compass".

Changes:

• Now it shows the name of the tracked player when they're offline.
• Now it's almost impossible to drop your compass.

These changes were made to minimize the loss of saved positions on tracker-compasses.
