Removes surface lakes and most single block sources on mountains (water and lava)

This datapack does exactly what is on the tin. It removes surface water and lava lakes and also those annoying single source blocks on the sides of mountains (most of them at least). I made this so that i could use the populate feature on worldpainter but not have water pouring out of every mountain.
