Nametag Hider

Adds a few quick functions to control server-wide nametag visibility. Datapack is enabled by default on load, therefore enabled cheats are not required. To disable, use function nth:activation/off. To opt out of all datapack's functionality, use function nth:optout.

This datapack adds in and removes players from teams, don't add if your server depends on their functionality (e.g. minigames).
