Yellow Mellow Update

• Added Yellow Winter, which is disabled by default.
• Added Yellow Winter section in config and hosting menus.
• Added 6 official MCTiers kits, along with the default pvp.club vanilla kit. (8 including UHC, which was added in 0.1)
• Added a hosting menu section to re-give out kits to everyone.
• Added helmets to kits.
• Added rails to cart kit.

Datapack for Miniround management - beta release. Report bugs to Discord server please, as I wanted to get the datapack out before next week so I couldn't do as much testing to perfect it.
