If you stop, you die

instead of spontaneous death, you take an instant damage effect.

Still some bugs to work out, originally made for version 1.18

• Death timer works as intended
• movement detection seems to work as intended
• "too slow" title text will flicker unless you type /reload
• sometimes the sound will stop working
