Adds a new item called the Heavy Spear, which is a new overpowered spear without hit cooldown, and wind burst
All this data pack adds is a new item called the Heavy Spear.
The Heavy Spear is crafted with two breeze rods and one heavy core, in the same shape as you would craft a spear

The Spear is by default enchanted with wind burst 5 and lunge 5, making it very powerful for movement
