Health Display Remastered

• Updated the pack to 1.21.5
  Text components changed a little, so when updating to this version, make sure to use the uninstall function from the old pack first to remove all old health displays from the entities.

• Increased performance (and made it stay constant) through the ability to add custom data to entities.

This is a complete rewrite.

• Entities don't need a dummy item in their hands to manage the custom name
• Bugged names with slimes dublicating can't happen anymore
• Piglins now can't cause bugged names by trading and dropping the dummy item anymore
• Named mobs now keep their name after uninstalling the datapack
