Adds a simple crafting recipe for the wither skull that is not too werid or easy just one that makes sense
you will need
1 skeleton skull
3 soul soil and
5 coal
to make a wither skeleton skull now insted of just gambling and hoping you get the skull the traditional way
you can get the skeleton skull in survial by having a charged creeper explode on the skeleton or you can go to an ancient city
may work in other version other then 1.21.10 but i did not test them so yea
