overhaul of the sky island world generation, similar but better!

• different world type affect the world gen now (amplified is cool and flat worlds are finally working)
• added custom spare island world type
• cave biomes generate now, adding more variety to lower layers
• surface has more height variety now
• added mushroom fields biome generation
• new custom ceiling decorators for flower forest and some taiga biomes

• added deepslate ores to nether basalt deltas
• reduced closed lava springs in nether (porting from Exosphere 2)
• refined end dimension decoration
• end and nether biomes aren't dependent on Neoforge now
