[Aeronautics] Overworld End Sea

This simple datapack by default enables the End Sea mechanic from Create Aeronautics to be present in the overworld at y level -56 and below, saving any lost craft from falling into the void.

Intended for use with alternate worldgen that leaves the void accessible, i.e. Exosphere

Thanks to Aeronautics' generous data formats it's also dead simple to change the affected dimension or add more at will! Just open up the zip, add a .json for your preferred dimension(s) in data/simulated/end_sea, and follow the example of the existing overworld.json to customize at your discretion.
