• Moved entries from non_treasure tag list directly to tag lists containing the non_treasure one and removed a few entries from the on_mob_spawn_equipment tag list to balance enchantments on mob equipment a bit more fairly

Changes:

• Saddles, Harnesses, Wolf/Nautilus/Horse Armor now get the enchantable component added when in the players inventory - This allows for them to be used in an enchanting table.

Fixes:

• Night Vision and Illumination being applicable to the same helmet
• Guard enchantment not being removed if the item has multiple custom_data entries
• Anchor not being removed from entities
