Elytra Boost

still very much an alpha version - but now a bit more usable!

ADDITIONS

• Added "Boost" Enchanted Books to the end city chest loot table
  • ~40% of end city chests will have a Boost Book
  • When a chest DOES contain a Boost Book:
    • 25% Chance of Boost I
    • 37.5% Chance for Boost II
    • 35% Chance for Boost III
    • 2.5% Chance for Boost V
  • these odds will likely be tuned down in a future version: haven't had the chance to test at scale yet but realistically this is probably a little too cluttery

MINOR CHANGES / FIXES

• Changed the pack.png file (sparkly wolf was not particularly relevant)
• Renamed boost_absurd.json to boost_evil.json (consistency)
• Corrected the pack namespace from "auto_elytra" to "elytra_boost"
• Swapped around some currently irrelevant values in boost.json related to the enchanting table
• Increased reload message platonicness (removed the "<3")
