Disable Dimensions
A hard-to-break, grief-resistant solution for preventing players from entering The Nether, The End, and any further custom dimensions, with optional per-dimension conditions.

Details:
- Language Support: Admins can now have UI translations either within the mod or as a separate resource pack (#7).
- Partial Config Updates: On previous versions the config was silently overwritten when it didn't fit to the new version. Starting with this release, config updates are done partially and, if stuff gets overwritten or reset, the user gets notified.
- World Spawn: The world spawn can now be set in any dimension.
- Visuals: The config panel got updated to display the world spawn dimension properly.

- Conditions: Now the status when entering dimensions can happen conditionally, like for example enabling entry to The Nether after a specific game time or only being able to enter The End when in
