Create x Valkyrien Skies Clockwork Survival support

-fixed block tags not working => blocks are mineable again -removed blocks from the mineable tag which were removed due to version changes

-fixed phys bearing recipe

-changed propellar bearing recipe

-added support for create 5.1 version, because the clockwork got updated - use older versions for create 5.0

-removed old recipes and added auric designator recipe
