Cobblemon: ASAS - Global Animations

added snoring sounds - subtle looping sound based off a pokemon's cry or a backup sound in case a fakemon does not have a sound. i will probably expand this a bit more in the near future before moving on to the next feature

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE if you're using a fakemon pack and there's no snoring sound while said fakemon is sleeping, tell me about it here

forgot to remove a debug tool, refer to the previous changelog

Added sleep animation loop

Some changes on the old animations to make them less snappy

Fixed an animation timing that could create an incompat with other ASAS datapacks
