Cobblemarks+

Adds multiple marks to Cobblemon, adds additional mod compatibility for currently existing ones, and adds obtainment methods for currently unobtainable ones! Full list of added marks and new obtainments in the changelog

Currently adds: 3 new marks, 1 newly obtainable pre-existing mark, and updates 1 mark for compatibility.
