Version 1.2 of CoalDye

Changes

• Changed the namespace of the recipes from "crafting" to "minecraft"
• The crafting recipes now automatically unlock when the player picks up coal or charcoal
• The crafting recipes now group together with the vanilla black dye recipes
• Made some technical changes to make the datapack compatible with 1.21 (changed the "recipes" folder to "recipe")

Fixed a bug where the crafting recipe didn't work in versions 1.20.5-1.20.6. Since the bug was only present for 1.20.5 and 1.20.6, I did not update the pack for older versions of the game.
