Backported to 1.21.1 with some additional changes coming to the latest versions later, this one requires vanilla backport, lithostitched and feature recyler to work

This version renames the clifftree namespace to cliffbranch, so it won't work with any prior version

This change is going to come to the future updates for the latest versions
