I finally remembered that this pack exists

• Use scoreboard-based clock to drop the feather items instead of overriding the vanilla gameplay/chicken_lay loot table
  • This means the pack should now be fully compatible with all packs adding chicken variants with their own eggs
  • This also eliminates the Chickens Lay Anything dependency for older game versions
• Chickens now shed feathers in intervals between 7.5 and 15 minutes

• Update to 1.21.4

The data pack now uses the vanilla minecraft:gameplay/chicken_lay loot table (added in 24w37a) to accomplish it's functionality. It therefore no longer requires the Chickens Lay Anything library for those versions.

An providing support for versions below 24w37a/1.21.2 has been added. For these versions, Chickens Lay Anything is still required.

Changed chances of chickens dropping a feather instead of an egg to 1/3.
