With this helmet, you can become completely invisible simply by putting it on. However, any equipped armor, such as a chestplate, leggings, or boots, as well as any items held in your hands, will still be visible, while the helmet itself will remain invisible.
This was done to keep the item balanced, so that players cannot equip top-tier armor and become completely invisible while attacking other players.
To get started, after downloading the datapack, place it into your world's datapacks folder:
minecraft/saves/"Your World Name"/datapacks
After that, simply type /reload in the game chat to reload the your world. You should then receive a message in the chat confirming that the datapack has been successfully loaded.
To obtain the actual Helmet of Hades, enter the following command in the chat once:
/function cap_of_invisibility:give
