Once he puts the bone on his head, he can't just take it off

To remove the bone you need scissors in your off hand and a netherite ingot in your main hand

Like any dog in Minecraft, a player with a bone can be lured with a bone or beef. Throw the bone, and the player with the bone will look at the thrown bone

To make your friend feel good, you can put carpet under his feet !Friend on the carpet

Special mechanics

When a player takes a stick in his off hand and cooked beef in his mainhand near a player with a bone on wool or a carpet, the player will throw away all of his things except the bone.
