This data pack/mod allows you to craft 1 sculk catalyst using 3 echo shards, 2 sculk blocks, 3 bone blocks, and 1 soul sand (or soul soil).
In the original version of the game, it is impossible to craft sculk catalysts, which is why this mod exists.
