Add-on to Bureau Banners. Adds various effects when wearing banners.

Installation

Add both Bureau Banners and this to the world datapacks folder.

Notes

• If the datapack is uninstalled, the banners that were made wearable will remain wearable.
• Bureau Banners is not required for this to work, but players will not be able to wear the banners without commands.
