Arcane Caches

This is a first release data pack, created to get the idea out of my head. While it has been tested for funcionality, the game mechanics it adds may not be properly balanced yet. Constructive feedback on the balance is appreciated.

This data pack adds rare structures with endgame+ loot, beyond what's obtainable in vanilla survival to the world. Occasional random encounters with custom wandering traders offering explorer maps to the nearest structure are also generated.

Notes For Use

1. This data pack is best installed before initial world generation. The vanilla world generation only adds structures to newly generated chunks. Due to the rarity of the structures, significant new exploration may be required to produce structures on established worlds.

2. This data pack contains loot tables that use luck modifiers. If used with other data packs/plugins/mods that allow players to acquire elevated luck attributes, overly generous loot will be generated.

Note For Multi-Player

If installed on a server where the world seed is known, server owners may want to modify the salt values of the structure set files located in 'data/arcane_caches/worldgen/structure_set/' to prevent players installing this datapack on a single player world to locate the structures.
