Loottable expansion for AMAM VillagersRestricted datapack.

Adds the custom item needed in the datapack above for villagers' summoning into vanilla structures, like villages, trial chambers or shipwrecks. It is a separate datapack in case the user of the datapack linked above would want to set the obtainment of the item independently, I didn't want to hardcode the loottable into the datapack which provides the base mechanics.
