Installing:

Insert the zip file into your datapacks folder.

Uninstalling:

Run the uninstall command and delete the zip file.

Commands:

/trigger add_custom_model_data set -1	Removes the custom_model_data component to held items
/function add_custom_model_data:uninstall	Removes all scoreboards associated with the datapack
