Reworks the Goat horn into a summoning/support role

Adds a few new protection enchantments for some of the damage types that do not have them.

Adds in 2 food enchantments, 1 cursed food enchantment, and a balanced crafting recipe for enchanted golden apples.

Adds a large amount of new Elemental-based aspect enchantments to the game.
