XiaoklunarGhastSpeed is a Paper/Bukkit 1.21.6+ plugin that adds a speeded harnesses that make Ghasts fly faster (tiers I–VII). Check Gallery for crafting recipes.

Inventory shulker opening + overflow pickup vacuum that stores into carried shulkers.

Allows creative-like flight while the player has all the criterias: Elytra, World and Permission.
