Dablakbandit

Modern MongoDB connectivity for Minecraft servers. One jar that auto-detects Bukkit, Spigot, Paper, BungeeCord, Velocity or Sponge and bundles the latest MongoDB Java driver. A dependency library: other plugins use it, it adds no gameplay itself.

A full bank in one GUI: tabbed item storage sized by permissions, money and XP balances, cheques players can write to each other, and an optional PIN lock. Free edition of Bank for Spigot and Paper 1.13+. No database needed.
