Allow player to wear banner as helmet

A stable recreation of the 1.17 Item Shadow glitch specifically for Totems and Barrels.

Makes player nametags behave like mob nametags — only visible when you look at them up close.

This is Unstable SMP dead sound plugin(wither spawn.ogg).

Adds blood-like particles when entities take damage.
